A LITTLE LATE BUT I'M SOOOOO HAPPY

TA DA! One of the cutest things I saw at Christmas time last year was this Book Card Holder that Brenda at Just a bed of Roses made. I finally got it done. The beautiful Rose ribbon and the died binding came from, Just a bed of Roses and the beautiful broach came from Roberts Craft. I am really using it to hold all the cards I've received from blogger friends.

I'M NOT WAITING ANY LONGER

Ok, I've been visiting some blog friends today and it sounds like everyone is so ready for spring. I can't stand the winter anymore - so - I'm not waiting any longer. It is now spring! I did some simple Easter decorating today and brought pastel colors in. I feel like I need to have a party now. I have some glass jars that I like to change with the seasons. The goodies are for all of my grand children. The egg wreath on the door is to let people know that I've had it with winter and it is now spring. Come to my house in a couple of weeks and we'll have southern fried chicken, potatoe salad, devil eggs, hard boiled and colored Easter eggs, and home made coconut cake.

A FEW OF MY FAVORITE GREEN THINGS

Our new green and white shop. Beautiful green bottles. Our children on the green grass at the orphanage in Ecuador. My green accessories in my sewing room. And last, but not least, this very awesome old green desk at the shop. Oh I almost forget, St Patrick's Day goodies for the shop.

What do you think of my new shelf, it's in my sewing room? Talk about a great find. I've put some milk glass and some tiny glass salt and pepper shakers in it so far. I will be looking for some, "out of this world" treasures. I'll really be checking all of you talented bloggers out, hoping to find some cool things.

I'M BACK IN THE GAME - WHITE WEDNESDAY

I just haven't been as happy since I closed out of White Wednesday with Faded Charm.
- SO - I'm back! Now I'm happy again!

My first picture is, of course, my favorite thing to collect, milk glass. This is a shelf display at the shop. I found a cool white wire shelf to hang on the wall of my sewing room. Some ruff looking white frames. A desk/vanity and a mirror for my grandma's room.

I AM SO HAPPY TO BE BACK WITH KAREN AT FADED CHARM AND HER WHITE WEDNESDAY. I DO BELIEVE THAT I AM GOING TO HAVE A DRAWING AT THE END OF THE DAY WITH THOSE THAT VISIT ME. I'M NOT SURE WHICH PIECE, BUT THE PRIZE WILL BE, "MILK GLASS".
